Can you assist with LTB matters or legal issues?

We help prepare notices, gather documentation, coordinate representation, and ensure full compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act. Our goal is to protect owners while maintaining fairness and legal accuracy.

How do I apply for an available unit?

Applications can be submitted online for any listed unit. We process applications quickly and communicate decisions as soon as possible.

We aim to place respectful, responsible tenants who contribute positively to the building community. Screening includes income verification, credit review, and rental history.

 

How do maintenance requests work?

Tenants submit maintenance requests through the Tenant Portal. Emergency issues are handled immediately; non-urgent repairs are completed within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Are pets allowed in your buildings?

Pet policies vary by property. Your lease outlines the pet rules for your specific building.
